I have made it through 3 of the 8 TA videos and am meditating multiple times a day. I feel fresh and calm while playing though I still have brief relapses at times. The main thing is maintaining focus as well as being mindful of my thoughts while playing.

Volume is lacking a bit. I have always felt like the reason I chose poker as a profession wasnt to be a leatherass but because of the freedom which it allowed me in my daily life. The fact remains I must work harder than the next guy if I want to reach my targets in 2010. As in poker balance is improtant in life and I will continue to seek the perfect balance.

I actually hopped on here to ship a youtube video because the line at 2:27 in "I will not lose." and the verse which follows is the nuts.



How about a hand? The player who flatted the AI jam is 42/7/1.2 whom I have seen limp AK so I assume he has any PP 22-AA. besides that no real reads to work on. The player who jammed is 35/7 if that matters.
