Fold more, bluff less

These are the keys to my success at the tables. I am doing a sick ass job of building a shit image and value towning fools. That being said I need to fold more when I know I am behind. And bluff a bit less especially when they arent likely folding. Tilt has slowly seeped back into my game and I need to be sure to keep a close eye on it. Played just under 12k hands this month 5&6 tabling and am breakeven. I know I can play 5 now 6 is another story. The simple fact remains I am my worst enemy.

Easy XF?

I would have folded AK pf because you're guaranteed to lose post flop. If I made the mistake of getting involved pre not a chance i'm continuing with that many people on this flop. As played open muck turn and by christ at the very worst open muck river. Don't compound these error by betting the blank river and my God fold to the raise getting a jazillion to one.

Bet sizing should leave you a river shove. I can't ever fold this cuz he might do it with a worse two pair, but you shouldn't be in a spot where you're leaving money on the table with your river bet here.
