Poor choice results in poor results.

I was all about grinding some hands this morning even though the games looked ugly. Definately beatable but riddled with regs and 6 tabling them just wont allow me to have my way at the tables like I like. Basically I ignored my instincts and 6 tabled anyways which cost me. I had to look at the results because I wanted to see just how gross it was. -8BI's. best thing about it is I am not feeling that gross emotional attachment like I used to. It hurts because after my withdrawal I was already building my roll nicely and this puts a dent in that. I intend to stab 200NL sometime between Mid Feb and early March.

Though the games were tougher and I was being exploited I ran into AA AI preflop for 3 stacks which was lamo. Also slow played AA and ran into 76 on 662Q for another stack. Plus a stack went in with a set vs a FD and you know what happened. It was one of those sessions where nothing felt right. I am obviously going to 4 table the rest of the day and focus on my A-game.

Here is a spot that drives me insane. Can I do anything else here?

No, it was played fine. Keep your head up bro.

It seems like you often second guess hands simply because you lost. You are insane to fold this hand IMO, even if you prefaced the HH by saying he was a total nit.

You played the AQ hand fine. Pretty unrealistic to speak of folding this hand, especially after picking up the nut flush draw on the turn. Especially against a villain who had about half a stack.

Nothing you can really do about this. Just consider the money you gave him to be a short-term loan, because if he's 3-betting KK to 2xs pre-flop he probably isn't that good and you will likely get your money back plus interest if he doesn't leave the table.
