This is vs two laggy type guys. I feel like I should maybe be betting the turn and when I do check my hand should be face up as a made PP most of the time though they may just think I am quitting on the hand because I got two calls. River just seems real gay. Should I bet turn?

You played this fine. There's a reasonable chance AQ-AT peels the flop, and AcXc is also possible. You don't get too much value from betting from worse hands, and you're not giving away a shot at too many outs usually. Bad river and an easy fold.
