DODGYKEN advice that is. "If you spew a BI it will take you 1k+ hands to regain it based on your win rate." Moral of the story if you spew you aint going to be going anywhere fast in poker.
I have made a spewy bluff yesterday that was not well thought out and just complete spew. basically I must always be thinking while playing and any distractions will have a negative impact on my win rate long term.
Solution, when playing I will have no other programs open.
