Detox

Ok so not from alchol. I am going to detox from the time waste that is the internet. The fact is all I truly need to do on here throughout my day is play poker and study it. Reading blogs and browsing forums is a total waste. Honestly I probably load leggo like 12-190 times a day and I have no idea why. Oh wait because I read a bunch of blogs and just waste precious time I have on this planet.

Long story short tomorrow I will no longer read any fucking blogs or websites. I will check my email once in the AM and once in the PM. I may check a poker site for new videos and download them but nothing more. TBH I honestly am 100% focusing on working with Improva trherefore the only study materials I need are his book and Grindcore's vids. He also has a private forum which I will actively be posting in.

There you have it. Oh and as for booze I am sticking to Fri & Sat only.
