"My goal is to listen to my reads and go with my instincts this month. No more questioning myself as I find I am right almost 100% of the time. By months end I would like to be playing strictly 100NL and have doubled my BR. I would also like to learn as well as help others learn through this challenge."
I feel I accomplished my goal. One other goal was to play 25-30 hours per week of poker which I failed to do. Honestly the whole poker crew and interacting via blogs and aim and voice chat was huge. If you are a beginning poker player this can help elevate your game so fast. I mostly went with my reads except for one off week which really hurt. This week I am back to trusting myself and I am working on not only trusting my reads but acting on them. I did double my BR but I also withdrew for bills and just to reward myself so its current position is $5818 and I withdrew 1200 this month I believe. I have moved up to only 100NL and feel comfortable. Lastly, I feel I helped some of the lower stake grinders improve and hopefully this is the case. Now on to my goals.
August:
20-25hrs per week, finish reading Sklansky's NLTP, interact regularly with my new group; including weekly sweats and intensive in depth studies of poker concepts and theory, lastly continue to trust my reads and instincts and constantly be narrowing down my opponents hand ranges has the hands progress; a major tool I will utilize is I will attempt to acquire notes on all villains at my table. If I follow through with these I feel by September I will be properly rolled to move to 200NL and continue my progression.

Good stuff Noel. Your goals sound like good ones to me.
I've commented on that AQ hand below now.
